Brookfield Residential asked us to build a new creative platform to relaunch the growing community of Chappelle Gardens. So we surveyed recent purchasers and asked them questions. We wanted to know why they chose Chappelle.
Here’s what they said.
Residents chose Chappelle Gardens because of the potential to bring up a family in a caring community.
They also chose Chappelle Gardens because of the diversity of housing options. They knew that if their needs change they can stay in their community and downsize or upsize.
Our creative solution, based on insights from research, focused on every moment and every stage of a purchaser’s life. The use of photography to highlight the community, from young families to empty nesters, helps deliver the message that Chappelle is building for life.
